DocNavy — Terms of Use

1. The service

DocNavy converts documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other supported formats) to Markdown entirely on your device. The free tier includes a limited set of formats and a monthly OCR page quota; DocNavy Pro unlocks all formats, batch and folder conversion, unlimited OCR, and related features.

2. Purchases

Pro is available as a one-time purchase or as an auto-renewing subscription (billed monthly, with a free trial where offered). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. The one-time purchase is a perpetual license for the version families it covers, usable on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac via Universal Purchase.

3. Acceptable use

Convert only documents you have the right to process. You are responsible for the content of your files and for complying with applicable law.

4. Quality disclaimer

Document conversion and OCR are best-effort by nature. DocNavy reports its own coverage honestly (per-page diagnostics), but no conversion is guaranteed to be complete or error-free. Always keep your originals; DocNavy never modifies or deletes source files.

5. Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be dated here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
